We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and have therefore established a liberal cancellation and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for our applicants.
Terms & Timelines
Under this policy, the following terms are applicable for all applications submitted through this portal:
- Refund Policy: We offer a 100% Refund Policy without any deduction charges if the Applicant Name is not confirmed in the Allocation.
- Refund Timeline: All Unsuccessful Applications Registration Amount will be refunded within 10-15 Working Days from the date of the Allocation.
- Source of Refund: Refunds will be processed back to the same account which the user provided to us during the registration process.
